This half-day role is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while making meaningful contributions to a growing brand. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning Assist in budgeting and forecasting aligned with business goals Identify areas for cost optimization and efficient resource use Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books Manage day-to-day entries, account reconciliation, and ledgers GST Compliance & Taxation Ensure timely filing of GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) Monitor input tax credits and stay current with regulatory changes Cash Flow & Expense Oversight Oversee daily cash flow to support smooth operations Manage payables and receivables for financial balance Reporting & Insights Prepare internal financial reports and statements Conduct variance analysis and suggest operational improvements Risk & Compliance Support audits and regulatory compliance Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies Requirements Experience: 2–5 years in finance, accounting, or a related field Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus) Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance practices High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Strong communication and organizational abilities What we offer Flexible half-day working hours A fixed monthly compensation of ₹12,000 Direct involvement in a creative, mission-driven startup Exposure to core financial operations and strategic growth planning Show more Show less
