Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a deep understanding of visual communication, and the ability to translate political ideas into engaging graphics for digital and offline campaigns. Key Responsibilities Design campaign creatives, posters, banners, social media posts, infographics, and promotional material. Create visually appealing designs for election campaigns, rallies, events, and voter outreach programs. Collaborate with the content and strategy team to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging. Develop design variations for different platforms (print, digital, video thumbnails, reels, etc.). Stay updated with political trends and adapt designs accordingly. Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality. Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva (knowledge of video editing software is a plus). Strong creative thinking, typography, color theory, and layout skills. Ability to understand political communication and design for mass appeal. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
