Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for political campaigns, including social media creatives, posters, banners, infographics, and print materials.
• Work closely with the content, strategy, and video teams to create visuals that align with campaign objectives and messaging.
• Develop branding elements, logos, and visual identities for political leaders and parties.
• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms such as social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube), print, and outdoor media.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with political trends, design trends, and audience preferences to produce fresh and impactful creatives.
• Manage and organize design assets for easy access and future use

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in political campaigns, media agencies, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail with a strong sense of political messaging.
• Knowledge of current affairs, social media trends, and political branding is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience creating visuals for political campaigns, elections, or advocacy projects is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
