What you’ll do

• Translate business needs into 

  clear, buildable product requirements

• Own 

  system design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs

• Review backend code and challenge weak implementations
• Own sprint planning, scope definition, and delivery predictability
• Manage and review work from 

  external vendors

• Build and prioritise a structured product backlog
• Act as the 

  single bridge

   between business, vendors, and engineers
• Support hiring and mentoring as the in-house team grows

What you’ll work on

• Internal data & reporting platforms
• CRM & automation workflows (Zoho)
• Property, booking, and owner systems
• API-driven integrations
• Finance & revenue logic
• Web and internal tools

Must-have requirements

• ~5 years hands-on backend or full-stack engineering experience

• ~2 years in Product / Technical PM / hybrid role

• Has written:
• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Basic PRDs / BRDs
• Comfortable reviewing backend code and data flows 
• Exposure to CRMs, automations, or integrations
• Strong system thinking (dependencies, edge cases, failures)
• Ownership mindset — outcomes over tasks

Nice to have

• Hospitality, marketplace, or SaaS experience
• Data & reporting familiarity (MySQL, dashboards, metrics)
• Experience working with offshore vendors or distributed teams

• Pure Product Managers with no coding background
• Scrum Masters / coordinators
• People who avoid technical depth
• “I’ll check with engineering” profiles
• Tool-focused but system-weak candidates
