Distribution Executive (OTA Listings)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Distribution Executive

Key Responsibilities

Property Listings Management

• Create, update, and optimize property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTAs.

• Ensure accuracy of property details including descriptions, photos, amenities, rates, and policies.
• Upload new properties quickly and ensure they go live without errors.

Listing Health & Quality Control

• Monitor listing quality scores, ranking, and visibility on OTAs.

• Run regular checks to ensure content accuracy, active status, and compliance with OTA guidelines.
• Fix errors, mismatched data, or missing information proactively.

OTA Coordination

• Liaise with OTA account managers for issue resolution, promotions, and updates.

• Ensure seamless sync between PMS (Beds24) and OTA extranets.

Process & Documentation

• Maintain SOPs and checklists for listing new properties.

• Support the Owner Acquisition and Revenue teams with accurate, timely distribution.

Requirements

• Experience:

   Minimum 2–3 years of OTA listing/distribution experience (Airbnb, Booking.com required).

• Tools:

   Familiarity with PMS/channel managers (e.g., Beds24, SiteMinder, etc.).

Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable with content creation (titles, descriptions) and data entry.
• Ability to troubleshoot OTA sync issues.

• Languages:

   Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
