Conduct periodic reviews of recurring expenses and subscriptions to identify savings or redundancies. Cashflow Planning & Management Maintain a rolling 12-week cashflow tracker updated weekly. Monitor incoming receivables Track and plan outgoing payments with clarity on payment dates, urgency, and deferral possibilities. Flag cashflow bottlenecks in advance and propose short-term bridging solutions if needed. Prepare weekly cash position reports and payment schedules for leadership.
