Architectural 3D Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural 3D Designer to develop high-quality 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and interior design projects. The role involves transforming architectural concepts, drawings, and design ideas into realistic 3D models and renderings that effectively communicate design intent to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.

Develop exterior and interior visualizations as per approved drawings and concepts.

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and sales teams to understand project requirements.

Prepare high-quality still images, panoramas, and animations.

Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping.

Make revisions based on client and management feedback.

Ensure designs meet project timelines and quality standards.

Maintain organized project files and backups.

Qualifications

Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona / Enscape (any one or more).

Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading architectural drawings.

Understanding of lighting, scale, proportion, and construction detailing.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.ls
