Job Opening: Scrum Master | Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure & Operations teams to maximize value delivery by prioritizing and aligning the Team Backlog with organizational goals while balancing stakeholder needs.
  
• Perform Scrum Master duties, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
  
• Coach teams on SAFe principles and practices to help meet delivery goals and eliminate bottlenecks.
  
• Partner with developers and Infrastructure teams on implementation, monitoring, production support, compliance, change/configuration management, software quality, and team efficiency.
  
• Analyze and present business, software, and infrastructure processes and data to support organizational objectives.
  
• Engage in continuous professional development in system functionality, infrastructure, business operations, software engineering, and methodologies.
  
• Drive customer transformation objectives, including Product-Centric Software Engineering, Cloud Migration, Agile operations, DevOps, and Automation.
  

Skills & Experience:

• 8-9 years of experience in Information Technology.
  
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience, preferably with AEM projects.
  
• Experience running Scrum ceremonies, identifying impediments, and collaborating with management for resolution.
  
• Proficient in Agile development environments; able to track and report Scrum metrics.
  
• Skilled in JIRA and MS Project.
  
• Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, MS Excel, and Tableau.
  
• Certified SAFe PM/PO and/or Scrum Master.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Collaborative mindset with business partners and IT teams.
  
• Growth mindset with adaptability, innovation, and continuous professional development.
