Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate and drive the execution of strategic initiatives across five critical product teams: E-Commerce, ERP, Operations, Core Systems, and supporting functions. This role serves as the central coordination hub between leadership vision and engineering execution, ensuring seamless delivery of complex, cross-functional programs while maintaining technical excellence and business alignment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone that transforms strategic direction into actionable roadmaps, manages dependencies across teams, and ensures timely delivery of high-impact features and systems.
Qualifications:
Daily Team Engagement:
Conduct daily rotational check-ins with each of the 5 product teams (E-Commerce, ERP, Ops, Core, and others), tracking progress, identifying blockers, and ensuring forward momentumCross-Team Orchestration:
Manage dependencies, resource allocation, and priority conflicts across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning different product domainsTask & Sprint Management:
Create, prioritize, and manage tasks in JIRA aligned with team capacity and business priorities; ensure proper sprint planning and execution hygieneStatus Reporting:
Provide comprehensive program status updates to CEO and Product Head, highlighting risks, achievements, and resource needs with data-driven insights
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
Roadmap Creation:
Translate CEO's strategic vision and company direction into detailed, executable product roadmaps with clear milestones and success criteriaQuarterly Planning:
Lead quarterly planning sessions across teams, aligning engineering capacity with business objectives and ensuring balanced portfolio managementTechnical Feasibility Assessment:
Collaborate with team leaders and architects to evaluate technical approaches, estimate effort, and identify potential risks early in the planning cyclePrioritization Framework:
Establish and maintain clear prioritization criteria balancing business value, technical debt, customer impact, and strategic alignment
Delivery & Release Management
End-to-End Ownership:
Own the entire delivery lifecycle from planning through production release, ensuring quality gates and compliance checkpoints are metRelease Coordination:
Partner with Product Head, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to plan and execute smooth releases across E-Commerce, ERP, and other platformsRisk Management:
Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues with proposed solutionsQuality Assurance:
Ensure proper testing strategies, UAT coordination, and production readiness criteria are met before each release
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Leadership Alignment:
Maintain regular cadence with CEO to align priorities, communicate program health, and provide strategic recommendationsTeam Lead Partnership
: Build strong working relationships with engineering managers, tech leads, and product owners to understand team dynamics and optimize deliveryCross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Data Infrastructure, and other supporting teams to ensure seamless executionCommunication Excellence:
Facilitate effective communication channels, ensure transparency across teams, and maintain comprehensive program documentation
Process Improvement & Team Enablement
Agile Excellence:
Drive continuous improvement of Agile/Scrum practices across teams, ensuring ceremonies are effective and delivering valueMetrics & Analytics:
Establish and monitor key program metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect rates, on-time delivery) to drive data-informed decisionsTool Optimization:
Leverage JIRA and related tools to create visibility, automate workflows, and reduce administrative overhead for engineering teamsKnowledge Management:
Build and maintain program playbooks, templates, and best practices for repeatable execution excellence
Education & Experience
- 14+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, software engineering, or related technical roles
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-team programs in fast-paced technology environments
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale software systems across E-Commerce, ERP, or enterprise platforms
- Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating across multiple product verticals simultaneously
Technical Skills
Software Development:
Deep understanding of .NET framework, React, and modern web/mobile application architectureCloud Infrastructure:
Hands-on knowledge of Azure and/or AWS services, cloud-native architecture, and deployment patternsData Systems:
Solid grasp of data infrastructure, databases (SQL/NoSQL), data pipelines, and analytics platformsDevOps & CI/CD:
Understanding of continuous integration/deployment practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and release automation- Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and provide informed input on architecture and implementation decisions
Programming Management Skills
Agile Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience scaling across multiple teamsJIRA Proficiency:
