Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives within the insurance domain, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, actuarial, IT, and compliance to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.


• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.


• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal governance standards.


• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through project execution.


• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as needed.


• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field (Master s preferred).


• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable.


• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry.


• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory environment.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital transformation or automation projects in insurance.


• Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, and insurance technology platforms.


• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
