About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sr IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. You'll play a key role in stakeholder Management, client interaction, team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage recruitment.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers & clients to understand job requirements.
3. Sourcing not required, you will be getting support on the sourcing.
4. Coordinate with the stakeholders and team.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
6. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
2. 4.5 Years to 6.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
3. Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Must have experience in stakeholder management.
