Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Jira Developer to design, configure, and implement Jira and Confluence solutions, ensuring seamless integration with corporate tools and adherence to organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Atlassian tools, automation, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation
  • Assist with technical design, configuration, and implementation of Jira and Confluence (Data Center) integrations with corporate tools (on-prem, AWS, SaaS).
  • Support migration of Jira projects and Confluence spaces from other instances (Cloud and Data Center).
  • Develop and enforce corporate standards for Jira/Confluence, including processes, workflows, and controls.
  • Implement enhancements such as new projects, workflows, and spaces.
• Automation & Scripting
  • Implement automation and scripting using Groovy/Python.
  • Design and configure advanced Jira workflows, automation rules, and custom fields.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and other systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
• Reporting & Dashboards
  • Create Jira-based reports, dashboards, and planning views based on user requirements.
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable metrics and status reports.
  • Build dashboards for real-time visibility into incidents, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Training & Support
  • Conduct training sessions and demos for Atlassian tools to end-users and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (Data Center and Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Groovy and Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Ability to design complex workflows and implement corporate standards.
