We build end-to-end product solutions—from UX-driven front ends to scalable backend services and DevOps pipelines—and are hiring on-site engineering talent in India to accelerate delivery and customer impact.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with React and integrate them with backend RESTful APIs for seamless user experiences.
• Implement and optimise data persistence layers with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases; tune SQL for performance.
• Author unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement performance and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, UI/UX and DevOps teams during on-site sprint ceremonies and technical design sessions.
