Java Fullstack Developer

You will be responsible for both hands-on development and team collaboration, helping shape the technical direction of the product and mentoring other developers.

Location Noida sec 63 (Onsite)-No remote opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualize, design, and develop 

  new product ideas

   and full-cycle features.
• Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance backend systems using Java/Spring Boot.
• Lead a small team of developers and coordinate tasks, code reviews, and timelines.
• Act as a 

  technical lead

  , making key design and architectural decisions.
• Develop responsive, modern 

  front-end applications

   using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Take complete ownership of modules from database design to deployment and performance tuning.
• Set up and manage 

  server environments, deployment pipelines

  , and monitor live applications.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 - 9 years

  of full-time professional experience in 

  Full Stack Java Development

  .-

  (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in independently delivering 

  production-ready applications

  .
• Strong proficiency in 

  Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Hibernate/JPA

  .
• Front-end development experience using 

  React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

  .
• Solid knowledge of 

  architecture design, microservices, and design patterns

  .
• Experience with 

  SQL and NoSQL databases

   (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with 

  Linux servers, cloud services

  (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  , and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with 

  Docker, Kubernetes

   (optional but preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience building or scaling SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus).
• Experience implementing 

  secure coding practices

   and performance optimization.
