Work You’ll Do

• ⚙️ Design, implement, and maintain Java applications with high performance and reliability.
• 🔍 Analyze user requirements, define application objectives, and translate them into robust solutions.
• 💻 Write well-structured, efficient, and testable code aligned with specifications.
• 🐞 Conduct software analysis, programming, debugging, and testing to ensure stability.
• 🚀 Prepare and deliver releases of software components.
• 🤖 Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance application intelligence and functionality.
• 📑 Contribute to functional specifications, technical documentation, and system design diagrams.
• 🔄 Support continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, technologies, and best practices.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, UI/UX, QA) to deliver new features.
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in the architecture and design of new product modules.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver components of a product suite.
• Participate in Agile development processes (Scrum, sprints, standups).
• Contribute to system certification including vulnerability testing and security scans.
• Work with client teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Adapt quickly to multiple priorities in a startup environment.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience designing & building large-scale, consumer-facing or enterprise web systems.
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts (abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid experience with databases: SQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
• Familiarity with web servers and UI/UX design basics.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Git, Confluence, Jira, Wiki).
• Strong ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Awareness of accessibility standards & SEO best practices.
• Frontend development experience with Angular.
• Experience using Liquibase for database version control & migrations.
