ServiceNow Developers

As a ServiceNow Developer at our expanding Bangalore location, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing transformative solutions for our global clients. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, conduct solution designs, and deliver demos to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include customizing workflows, developing Service Portal tools, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You will be expected to perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance models. Troubleshooting platform issues, optimizing performance, and managing upgrades, patches, and version migrations will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in an on-site environment. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions, is essential. Strong expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, and RESTful/SOAP API integrations is required. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal customization is a must. A solid understanding of ITIL processes and excellent communication skills are also key qualifications. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer certifications, experience with Scoped Applications and CMDB integrations, familiarity with Discovery, Orchestration, and MID Server configuration, exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps pipelines, and knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting on ServiceNow.
