About The Role
We are looking for a talented Java Backend Engineer to develop and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, contribute to web application development, and use tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, a strong technical background, and a passion for building reliable and efficient backend solutions. Role And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java technologies.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Java programming language and its core libraries to build robust backend solutions.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to create scalable and maintainable code.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to gather and analyze system requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient, scalable, and secure backend solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to coding standards.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for deployment and management of applications.
- Contribute to big data processing and analysis using distributed computing frameworks like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve application performance and security.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills And Qualifications
- Must have 2 to 5 years of industry experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JavaFX.
- Experience in web application development using Java servlets, JSP, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
