Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT/OJT professional to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/OJT and be able to work effectively in all major departments.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT/OJT solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees on various IT systems and tools.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of IT/OJT initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT/OJT.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT/OJT principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with training and development programs is desirable.
Familiarity with hospitality industry operations and challenges is an asset.
