Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and service-driven IT Specialist to provide comprehensive support to both remote and office-based users. This role involves managing user issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers, basic networking, and a broad set of technical skills.


Job Description:

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support users working from home and in-office, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and configurations in Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Support endpoint management using tools like Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using Jira and SolarWinds Service Desk.
  • Maintain and update IT asset records, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and device assignments.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning of devices and access.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard procedures.


Skills Required:

  • Microsoft 365 Admin Centers: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD.
  • Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, basic MacOS support.
  • Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, Autopilot.
  • Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
  • Remote Support Tools: Microsoft Remote Desktop, AnyDesk.
  • Security & Compliance: MFA, Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint.
  • Scripting (basic): PowerShell for user and device management tasks.
  • Ticketing & Asset Tools: Jira, SolarWinds Service Desk, or similar platforms.
  • Cloud Services: Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud identity management.
  • Hardware Support: Laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.


Working Conditions:

The employee will collaborate with the Director of Operations (India) to help ensure that policies and practices are in place for efficient IT operations across offices in India. Preferred qualifications include additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, MS-900, MD-102, AZ-104, and CompTIA Network+. Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments, familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and BYOD policies, and knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy are also valued.

Candidate should be based in Jaipur but will be required to implement process and maintain records at both locations (Chennai & Jaipur).
