Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. This role involves close collaboration with developers and product managers to create robust and scalable testing frameworks for the products across Concord. You work with cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure test quality is driven by automation of the functional and integration test cases. He/She will report to the Project Manager and work with the peers of Concord Product Engineering Group. Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Playwright. Develop and maintain test frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Work closely with developers and QA analysts to identify test requirements and ensure full test coverage. Interact with product owner, product managers for any requirement clarifications. Maintain and expand automated testing infrastructure. Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify bugs and performance issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality engineering best practices. Continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of automated testing. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure, Jenkins, GitHub). Document test strategies, plans, and results clearly and effectively. Identify and suggest changes to predetermined quality guidelines and policies. Job Skill Requirement: A minimum of 3+ years of experience with UI/UX testing in a QA and/or application development environment. Experience with developing frameworks for web-based applications (SaaS experience preferred). Strong proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#). Sound knowledge in Selenium and Rest API is must. Experience with other tools like Playwright, Cypress, etc is an added advantage. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs. Hands-on current experience authoring, building, and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end cloud integration (including end-to-end automation) Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) and technology stacks (Java, .NET) supporting microservices. Other technologies of interest include SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, or Visual Studio Load Test. Integrate test automation into CI/CD process and instrumenting full SDLC automation (With Azure DevOps is plus) Experience of NLP (natural language processing) or MBTA (Model-based test automation) based applications is a PLUS. Knowledge of training and predict processes in ML Models and ML algorithms is desired. Degree level qualifications in a technical (or related) subject would be advantageous but not mandatory. Significant experience in Agile Testing Process Proven successes in testing product development using Microsoft .NET and SQL server technologies.
