We’re Hiring: IT Manager – Compliance (Contact Centre COE) 🚨 Company: Bajaj Finance Limited Experience: 6 months - 4 Years Salary: Up to ₹5lpa Are you passionate about ensuring data security, compliance, and governance in a fast-paced digital environment? Join Bajaj Finance Limited as an IT Manager – Compliance (Digital Platforms, Contact Centre COE) and be at the forefront of strengthening our information and physical security controls across our expanding contact centre network. 🔐 Key Responsibilities: Review and track audit reports from internal & external teams (Infosec, TPSG, Outsourcing, etc.) Identify non-compliance areas and drive timely closure of audit observations Implement and monitor data security, DLP, encryption, and access control protocols Validate firewall and endpoint security controls (antivirus, patching, USB restrictions) Ensure physical security compliance at partner locations (CCTV, visitor logs, access) Liaise with IT, Admin, and Vendor Partners for compliance management Conduct training & awareness sessions for partner teams 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering / BSc IT / related field 3–4 years’ experience in IT support, information security, or compliance Strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and cybersecurity best practices Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills If you’re ready to play a key role in ensuring compliance excellence within one of India’s leading NBFCs — we’d love to hear from you!
