Scope of Work :

I. Information Technology (IT) Services

1. Network Setup and Maintenance

• Installation and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ongoing support and troubleshooting of network issues.

2. Server and Infrastructure Management

• Deployment and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
• Cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring.

3. Technical Support Services

• Helpdesk and remote support.
• On-site troubleshooting and user support.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware.
• Replacement and warranty services coordination.

4. IT Consultancy and Project Management

• IT strategy planning and technology assessments.
• Project management for system upgrades or deployments.

5. Procurement and Supply

• Sourcing and supply of IT hardware including:

• Desktop PCs, laptops, and workstations
• Servers and storage devices
• Networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Printers, scanners, and peripherals

• Coordination with vendors for timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

6. Installation and Configuration

• Installation of hardware supplied at designated sites.

• Configuration of systems to meet client requirements, including:

• Operating system setupo Network configuration
• Peripheral setup and testing.

9. Asset Management

• Inventory tagging and documentation.

• Tracking and reporting of hardware assets.

• Assistance with asset audits and lifecycle management.

10. End-User Training (if required)

• Basic hardware usage training for staff.

• Orientation on handling and troubleshooting minor issues.

11. Compliance and Safety

• Ensuring all hardware installations comply with safety and IT standards.

• Disposal of old or faulty equipment in accordance with e-waste regulations.
