Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure and Security Support Specialist at the plant, your role involves providing end-to-end support to ensure seamless operations and high availability of systems. You will be responsible for managing IT/OT systems, plant-specific infrastructure, and daily user support while collaborating with Corporate IT, executing projects, and extending support to Head Office and Dahej factory IT as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and manage servers, storage, backups, UPS, and related infrastructure at the plant. - Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security. - Administer and optimize Active Directory and Group Policies. - Manage firewall, antivirus/XDR, CCTV, and access control systems. - Coordinate with SOC/SIEM vendors for monitoring and incident management. - Implement and enforce IT security policies, SSO, Intune, DLP, and access controls. - Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, MS Office, SAP GUI, O365, and VC systems. - Install and support Windows OS, collaboration tools, and licensed applications. - Record, update, and resolve IT tickets within SLA. - Provide IT/infra support for OT systems such as LIMS, PLC/SCADA, Weighbridge, etc. - Support rollout of new IT infra/security projects at the plant and other locations. - Manage IT vendors, AMC partners, and service providers. - Extend IT support to Head Office and Dahej factory IT when required. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Electronics. - Certifications in Hardware & Networking (Jetking, CMS, etc.), MCSE, CCNA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the IT infrastructure, security, and application support at the plant operate efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass IT infrastructure and server management, security and compliance, end-user support, OT and plant-specific IT support, project management, vendor and asset management, as well as cross-location support. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain documentation, SOPs, and an IT knowledge base to support the smooth functioning of IT operations. Please Note: This job is a full-time position with commuter assistance benefits. You should be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, before starting work. The required education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and relevant work experience in desktop support is preferred.
