Technical Skills: Expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and major Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS). Strong experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V). Familiarity with cloud-based servers (AWS EC2, Azure VMs, hybrid environments). Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policies. Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage systems and enterprise backup tools. Experience with server monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, etc.). Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash); automation tools (Ansible is a plus). Certifications (Preferred): MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, or similar.
