Job Title: Support Engineer (2 Years Experience)
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description / Scope of Work:
We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer with around 2 years of experience in both field and in-house technical support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
PC & Laptop assembling, troubleshooting, and installation
Software and OS (Windows/Linux) installation, troubleshooting, and resolution
Printer installation (USB & Network printers)
File and folder sharing configuration
Network setup, including IP configuration for LAN/Wi-Fi
LAN cable crimping, making, and addressing
Wi-Fi Access Point and Router installation
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Graduate in any discipline
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory
Local resident of Ahmedabad preferred
