15 years full time educationSummary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive ITAM Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery and support of critical IT services and business applications. This role combines strategic service management leadership with hands-on expertise in IT Asset and Configuration Management, particularly in CMDB, Software License Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery for HAM/CMDB/SAM projects and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for ensuring service reliability, process compliance, and operational efficiency in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver end-to-end ITAM services for the client, ensuring quality and compliance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related escalations and issues. • Act as the liaison between Client and Delivery Teams with deep expertise in HAM, CMDB, and SAM. • Gather and coordinate required data from clients and internal teams; follow up on pending data requests. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain business-critical applications. • Prepare and share reports (compliance, reconciliation, spend analysis, optimization, etc.) with client stakeholders. • Conduct license and asset audits to ensure compliance with agreements and policies. • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. • Provide recommendations on remediation, cost optimization, and CMDB data accuracy. • Mentor and guide team members, promoting growth and operational excellence. • Manage vendor escalations and track tooling/data-related issues. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong Program/Project Management skills – scope, communication, stakeholder, change, issue, risk, and closure management. • Deep understanding of CMDB, CI management, Software License Management, and ITIL or equivalent frameworks. • Proven leadership skills – problem-solving, delegation, decision-making, communication, time management, and relationship building. • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and data acumen. • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at multiple levels. • Hands-on experience with toolsets such as ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera, or Snow Software. • Domain expertise in SAM, ELP, License Desk, or Hardware/CMDB management. • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
