IT Service Desk Analyst

, you’ll be a vital part of our global Service Desk team, providing technical support to colleagues across multiple regions and time zones. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of IT services while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Representing the Group IT & Digital team, you’ll bring professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to every interaction

What You Will Do

• Be the first point of contact for technical support across regions and time zones
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and guide users with empathy and precision
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and more
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Promote IT services and ensure consistent, high-quality support
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years in an IT Service Desk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking fundamentals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Calm under pressure, analytical, and customer-focused
• Certifications like ITIL, AZ-900, CompTIA A+ are a plus
• Power Platform, AutoCAD, Azure Virtual Desktop
• SharePoint Online, PowerShell, AV equipment
