Job Description

As a results-driven sales representative, your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the I.T. industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Pitching technical proposals to clients during the pre-sales stage to clarify product details and service specifications, and explain the benefits they offer - Conducting practical demonstrations of applications or equipment being sold - Negotiating pricing and contractual terms during the sales stage, including installations, warranties, etc. - Providing user guidance, training, technical support, system maintenance, repairs, and product replacements post-sale - Preparing and renewing service agreements, administering system and hardware updates, and advising clients on enterprise solutions - Handling the sale of software and I.T. services to commercial clients - Managing the I.T. sales cycle through pre-sales, sales, and technical support stages - Responding to Request For Proposal (RFP) requests - Using solid arguments to sell products and services to prospective customers - Performing cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers - Maintaining positive business relationships to drive future sales - Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling - Resolving customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction - Achieving sales targets within schedule - Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments - Analysing the market potential, tracking sales, and providing status reports - Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services - Staying updated on best practices and promotional trends - Continuous improvement through feedback Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a sales representative - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Familiarity with BRM, BPM, and CRM practices with the ability to build productive business professional relationships - Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills - Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the job description provided) As a results-driven sales representative, your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the I.T. industry.
