Job Description

You are a results-driven sales representative responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. As an I.T. sales professional, you will have multiple responsibilities to fulfill. The pre-sales stage involves pitching technical proposals to clients, where you clarify product details, explain service specifications, and demonstrate the benefits offered by the products or services. In the sales stage, you will negotiate pricing and other contractual terms, such as installation and warranties. After finalizing a sale, you will provide user guidance, training, technical support, system maintenance, repairs, and product replacements in line with agreed warranties. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and renewing service agreements, administering system and hardware updates, and advising clients on new and existing enterprise solutions. Your primary focus will be selling software and I.T. services to commercial clients, following a sales cycle that includes pre-sales, sales, and technical support stages. You will also handle RFPs (Request For Proposals) and perform tasks such as selling products and services, conducting cost-benefit analyses, maintaining positive business relationships, and reaching out to customer leads through cold calling. Your role will require you to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction, achieve sales targets within schedule, coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, and analyze market potential to provide regular sales and status reports to management. You must keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback. To qualify for this position, you should have proven work experience as a sales representative, excellent knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with BRM, BPM, and CRM practices, and the ability to build productive business relationships. You must be highly motivated, target-driven, and possess excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong prioritization, time management, organizational skills, the ability to create tailored presentations, relationship management skills, and openness to feedback are also essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required for this role.,
