Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Sales Manager at our company located in Infopark, Cochin, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth for our IT infrastructure, solutions, and services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client business needs, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals. Your background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software will be key assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives. - Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure and services market. - Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's IT infrastructure, solutions, and services. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements. - Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized IT solutions for clients. - Prepare and present compelling proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. - Ensure contracts are signed, sealed, and delivered in a timely manner. - Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues. - Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve client problems promptly. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market needs. - Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance. Qualifications: - Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in infrastructure, solutions, and services. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand and address complex client requirements. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. - Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal, and listening. - Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience should apply.
