Job Description

As an IT Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving international business development across various technology domains including web development, custom software, data analytics, and mobile app solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Indian markets. - Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads for web development, custom software, mobile app, and data analytics projects. - Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure, ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborating with technical teams to prepare tailored proposals for clients. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise and SME clients. - Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through B2B and enterprise accounts. - Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing, and customer needs. - Representing the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 7-10 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development for software services. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project delivery models. - Experience in managing clients from US, UK, Australia, Canada, and India. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B international sales within software development or IT services, understanding of data-driven decision-making, and prior experience leading a small sales or pre-sales team.
