Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Sales Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with expertise in B2B sales, SAAS, ERP, and software sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Prospect and pitch potential customers using various direct methods, networking, and research.
Continually meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and new customer acquisition targets across product portfolio.
Monitor account-level sales performance and prospecting opportunities for upselling.
Plan, schedule, and carry out regular client meetings.
Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and account management.
Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to address and resolve customer queries/grievances.
Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Strong skills in sales, IT sales, software sales, B2B sales, SAAS, ERP, and business development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
