Job Summary

KeyannTech Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive who can manage and convert leads generated through Google Ads, digital campaigns, inbound calls, and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding of IT services, and hands-on experience in closing sales in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from Google Ads, website forms, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage, track, and nurture lead data efficiently using CRM or internal tools.
  • Qualify leads, assess client needs, and provide suitable IT service solutions.
  • Conduct product/service presentations through call, Zoom/Meet, or in-person meetings.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure timely conversions.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in UI/UX design, website development, app development, software solutions, and digital services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend the right technology solutions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with technical teams to draft proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
  • Maintain detailed sales reports, lead status updates, and follow-up logs.
  • Provide insights on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team (especially Google Ads team).
  • Support the sales head in planning strategies for higher conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Digital Solutions Sales.
  • Strong understanding of services like UI/UX design, website and app development, SaaS tools, and IT consulting.
  • Must have experience managing leads from Google Ads and other digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to understand technology and explain it in simple terms to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,373.66 - ₹33,901.78 per month
