Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and offering the right solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, or services).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions (for executive level; 3–5+ years for senior level).
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets under deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or managed IT services.
  • Existing network or client base in the IT or software industry.
  • Technical background or IT certifications (added advantage).
