Job Summary:

IT Sales Executive,

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the

  digital agency / IT services sector

  through research, networking, and

  lead generation

  .
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential

  B2B clients

  via cold calling,

  email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking

  .
• Experience in

  selling website/app/digital marketing

  projects from agency background preferred.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Use

  LinkedIn, Naukri, Apollo.io, or Upwork

  to generate B2B leads and pitch agency services.
• Collaborate with the

  digital marketing team

  to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies.
• Conduct

  presentations, demos, and negotiations

  to secure new business deals.
• Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
• Work on both self-

  generated leads

  (LinkedIn, cold outreach, Upwork) and marketing-qualified leads.
• Exposure to

  white-label/outsourcing

  partnerships will be considered an advantage.
• Manage the

  sales pipeline

  , tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver

  proposals,

  contracts

  reports

  to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Design and implement

  sales funnel strategies

  to optimize conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  B2B sales for Web/App Development, UI/UX services, or IT/digital agency

  offerings.
• Experience working in an

  IT/digital marketing agency selling website, app, or marketing

  services.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to craft compelling business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Proven track record of

  achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

• Strong understanding of digital agency services like

  Website Development, App Development, UI/UX, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.

• Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems to
