Role Overview We are looking for a Motion Graphic & AI Video Editor with a strong background in video editing, animation, and hands-on experience with AI-based video creation tools. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in digital or creative agencies and possess a portfolio that showcases both technical proficiency and creative storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging video content, animations, and motion graphics for branding, marketing, product launches, and client campaigns. Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI platforms (e.g., Synthesia, Runway ML, Pictory ). Develop explainer videos, social media creative, reels, and animated storytelling pieces aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. Apply AI-driven tools to scale video production and enhance quality, innovation, and speed. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to translate ideas into impactful visual communication. Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain and evolve the visual style guide and branding across digital platforms. Create visually compelling and brand-aligned digital and print materials including brochures, banners, logos, packaging, social media posts, presentations, and UI elements. Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and creativity. Conduct visual audits and contribute to the development of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Stay updated on design, AI technology, and video marketing trends to bring innovation into campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and marketing planning meetings to align visuals with campaign goals. Oversee junior designers or freelancers, providing feedback, mentorship, and quality assurance. Prepare final artwork and ensure all design deliverables are optimized for web, print, and mobile. Ensure all design outputs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with usability best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field from a regular/full-time university or institution. Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design. Proven experience in digital marketing agencies, IT companies or media production firm. Experience working with AI tools for video creation like Synthesia, Runway ML, Pictory, Lumen5, etc. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Expertise with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX and graphic design. Strong knowledge of storyboarding, animation principles, transitions, and effects. Knowledge of AI-powered content tools is a strong plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus. Excellent communication both verbal & written, presentation, time management, and organizational skills. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects, animations, graphic design work and motion work (AI Based work is a plus).
