MS - Transition **Generic JD applied** Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks across business processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans. Monitor and report on key risk indicators and trends. Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support compliance efforts. Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions. Conduct training sessions to increase awareness of risk management and compliance requirements. Provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders on risk and compliance status. Work with internal teams to address and rectify identified issues. Assess and manage risks associated with third-party vendors and partners. Ensure that vendor relationships align with the organization's risk tolerance. Develop and implement incident response plans to address unforeseen risks or compliance breaches. Lead investigations into incidents and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications:1. 3-5 years of experience in a risk management or compliance role. 2. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. 3. Experience in developing and implementing risk management and compliance programs. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 6.
