Key Responsibilities To ensure active management of clients & generate Investment. To Identify client needs, evaluate their risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment option. To provide regular updates to the clients regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio. To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability with clear focus on client servicing. To conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker. To assist clients with their query & concern related to trade, portfolio & their account. To assist new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships. To stay updated on market news, financial trends, and current affairs to provide informed recommendations to clients. To Deliver desired number of calls & Maintain MIS report Skills Required Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products. Ability to calculate and interpret XIRR for portfolio analysis. Strong knowledge and awareness of the BFSI sector. Demonstrates a positive attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach to work. Excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken English, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
1. BoD Allocations: Execute and monitor Beginning of Day (BoD) client-level margin allocations and ensure proper distribution a per client profile and exposure. 2. Peak Limit / Margin Monitoring: Continuously track peak margin utilization across all segments and clients. Ensure compliance with SEBI/exchange regulations regarding margin requirements. 3. Intraday Allocation Monitoring: Monitor real-time trading positions and intraday margin allocations. Take corrective action in coordination with dealers and clients to mitigate risks. 4. Debit Monitoring & RMS Policy Enforcement: Review client debit balances regularly and initiate necessary actions (like square-off or margin call) in accordance with the internal RMS policy. 5. Regulatory Understanding & Vendor Coordination: Interpret and implement SEBI and exchange circulars, and coordinate with RMS software vendors for system changes, updates, and compliance-related requirements, leveraging strong knowledge of RMS software. 6. Risk Framework & Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of the firms Risk Framework, RMS Policies, and preparation for Risk Management Committee (RMC) meetings. 7. Arbitrage & Options Strategy Monitoring: Oversee and monitor arbitrage positions and options trading strategies, ensuring risk limits are adhered to.
