Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented General Manager- Construction Coordinator to oversee residential real estate projects from planning to execution. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. --- Key Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation and estimation of budget costs for residential building projects by studying architectural drawings and specifications. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred). 8 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role. Strong expertise in project planning, cost estimation, vendor management, and residential building codes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills. A Plant and Machinery engineer responsible for the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of heavy machinery and equipment at a construction site This role involves monitoring equipment health, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing spare parts, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and optimizing machine uptime and resource utilization to support project targets and minimize costs. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Management: Oversees the maintenance, repair, and installation of all on-site plant and machinery, including excavators, cranes, concrete equipment, and other construction vehicles. Maintenance Scheduling: Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment in good working condition and minimize breakdowns. Resource Optimization: Ensures optimal utilization of resources and machine efficiency to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity.
