Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greetings from Atlantaa Limited!

1. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects.

2. Manage all aspects of the billing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices.

3. Check bills for discrepancies and raise queries in case of deviations found in the invoices.

4. Support timely payments while adhering to project budgets.

5. Use ERP or equivalent software to manage and analyze financial data.

6. Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and requirements.

7. Continually review and recommend improvements to the billing and estimation process.

8. Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills as per contract terms.

9. Maintain and monitor project billing records, payment certificates, and work progress reports.

10. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for work measurement and bill certification.

11. Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for client payments.

12. Verify quantities, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for billing accuracy.

13. Prepare monthly MIS reports related to billing and payment status.

14. Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and project financial tracking.

15. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.

16. Estimated materials, equipment and labour needed for construction activities and secured resources needed to facilitate completion and delivery of projects.

17. Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.
