Billing Engineer

Job Title: Billing Engineer

• Preparation & Verification of Bills:

• Prepare and verify contractor running bills (RA bills) based on site measurements.
• Ensure measurements match with work orders and actual site conditions.

• Quantity Calculations:

• Conduct detailed quantity calculations from GFC drawings to ensure accurate billing.
• Analyze and compare measurements to finalize quantities

• Coordination with Site Engineers:

• Collaborate with Site Engineers to verify measurements and finalize contractor bills.
• Resolve discrepancies or changes in measurements through coordination

  .

• Billing Schedules & Abstracts:

• Prepare billing schedules and abstracts of bills for timely payment processing.
• Update and track bill progress according to project timelines.

2. ERP, Documentation & Coordination

• Data Entry in ERP:

• Punch contractor and purchase bills in ERP based on measurements, work orders, and challans.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry for contractors and suppliers in both ERP and Excel.

• Documentation & Records Maintenance:

• Prepare and maintain key documents such as Work Orders, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and billing records.
• Ensure all documentation is updated and filed for easy retrieval during audits.

• Bill Processing and Coordination with Accounts:

• Process contractor and supplier bills in ERP and Excel for approval and payment.
• Coordinate with Accounts for advance payments and resolve any bill-related clarifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in

  Civil Engineering

• 3-6 years of experience in

  Real Estate / Construction projects

• Strong knowledge of

  billing, measurements, BOQ, and contracts

• Proficient in

  ERP software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD (basic)

• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
