Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for diverse IT roles.
  • Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) updates to ensure accurate and timely candidate records.
  • Assist with posting job openings across various job boards and internal platforms.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide status updates to recruiters and hiring managers.

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication and follow-up with all candidates.
  • Provide a positive interview experience by managing expectations and offering support.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Prepare interview materials, assessments, and meeting logistics.
  • Assist with background checks, offer letters, and onboarding coordination as needed.
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support process improvements to enhance recruitment workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in IT or technical environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT or engineering recruitment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).
  • Prior experience supporting recruitment in a large multinational company.
