Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 1 to 4 years in IT Recruitment Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. If you have a passion for finding the right candidates and a keen eye for technical skills, this is the role for you Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and technical skills. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment. Experience in contract staffing is an added advantage. Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
