Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top technical talent to meet our growing staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Partner with account managers to grasp their staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a robust candidate pipeline. Candidate Management Cultivate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring requirements. Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience through timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the entire recruitment process. Manage candidate relationships, serving as the primary point of contact during the interview and offer stages. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with account managers and department heads to deeply understand the specific requirements for each technical position. Provide regular, transparent updates on recruitment progress, challenges encountered, and relevant market trends. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously enhance and streamline our overall recruitment processes. Market Research Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our talent acquisition efforts maintain a competitive edge. Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive. Compliance Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and employment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a strong focus on technical positions. Solid knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills A deeper technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and programming languages. Experience in recruiting for skills relevant to the IT industry you've previously served.
