Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for
C2H staffing
—sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, client coordination, and onboarding.
Source and close
niche IT skills
across cloud, data engineering, cybersecurity, ERP, full-stack, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
Work extensively with stakeholders from Big 4 or top consulting firms (preferred).
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing methods (Naukri, LinkedIn, references, networking, etc.).
Ensure
timely submissions, fast closures, and consistent onboarding delivery
as per monthly/quarterly targets.
Demonstrate strong follow-up skills, negotiation abilities, and a result-driven mindset.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.

Required Skills & Experience

1–5 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
, specifically
C2H hiring
.
Proven track record in closing
high-demand / niche IT roles
under tight timelines.
Prior experience hiring for
Big 4 or large IT consulting clients
is a major advantage.
Strong sourcing abilities and hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri must), LinkedIn, and other channels.
Excellent communication, candidate management, and negotiation skills.
A
self-motivated, aggressive recruiter
who is target-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
