Field Marketing Specialist: 2 Roles- This role is for B2B Marketing. The role relies on the ability of the candidate to manage vendor relationships, be adept at planning and execution of marketing activities [F2F events, social / digital campaigns, virtual events, customer references, nurture programs, customer engagements], and drive operational excellence, with zero tolerance for non-compliance and the highest regard for credibility and details. Currently the candidate will be required to work remotely from home and come to office on a need-basis. Should this change in the future, as per Googles policies, the candidate needs to be comfortable coming to office as needed. Proven track record in closing high-demand / niche IT roles under tight timelines. Prior experience hiring for Big 4 or large IT consulting clients is a major advantage. Strong sourcing abilities and hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri must), LinkedIn, and other channels. Excellent communication, candidate management, and negotiation skills.
