Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Recruiter. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for all parties involved. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and identifying highly skilled talent that aligns with organizational goals. The recruiter will also maintain candidate pipelines and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract top IT talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding candidates
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify and attract top technical talent
• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes with a focus on building effective candidate pipelines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus
