Role & responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for junior, mid, senior-level technical and leadership roles.
• Partner with

  hiring managers and stakeholders

  to forecast talent needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and execute

  targeted sourcing strategies

  for niche and leadership tech roles.

• Implement tools and technologies

  to enhance sourcing efficiency, tracking, and funnel management.
• Lead

  initiatives to improve recruitment funnel metrics

  reducing time-to-hire and increasing offer conversion.
• Build and maintain

  strong talent pipelines

  for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Utilize

  data and analytics

  to assess hiring effectiveness and drive process improvements.
• Ensure a

  superior candidate experience

  through consistent communication and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to

  streamline recruitment workflows

  and standardize best practices.

• Mentor junior recruiters

  and promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of experience in technology recruitment within start-ups, product-based, or IT organisations.
• Proven expertise in implementing tools and technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency and process outcomes.
• Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, funnel management, and conversion metrics.
• Ability to source and recruit for technical and leadership roles across levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and MS Office suite.
