JD:

Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment

  for

  bulk hiring requirements

• Source and hire candidates for

  Retail Domain roles

  , including:
• POS systems
• Retail IT applications
• Supply chain & merchandising systems
• Store operations technology
• Recruit for

  consumer service skills

  , such as:
• Customer support / customer success
• Contact center operations
• Field service & service desk roles
• Omni-channel support (voice, chat, email)
• Manage

  high-volume hiring

  using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor partners
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical / managerial interviews
• Maintain strong

  candidate pipeline

  for recurring and urgent requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
• Track hiring metrics such as

  TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and closures

• Ensure positive

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS or Excel
• Support onboarding coordination for bulk joiners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  bulk / volume hiring

• Strong exposure to

  Retail domain hiring

• Experience recruiting for

  consumer service and customer-facing roles

• Hands-on experience with:
• Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Social media sourcing
• Mass hiring drives / walk-ins / virtual hiring events
• Strong screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in

  fast-paced, target-driven environments

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
