Job Description:

We are hiring an IT Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and IT hiring. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating technical interviews and follow-ups
• Maintaining candidate database and ATS
• Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding
• Meeting hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA HR (preferred)
• Freshers with internship experience can apply
